I've just about recovered from a brilliant weekend at The Handmade Fair.

The event was presented by TV craft empress Kirstie Allsopp and sponsored by Mollie Makes.

It was a dream weekend for anyone who loves cutting, sticking, stitching, knitting, pearling, up-cycling, hoarding fabric and generally making a beautiful mess.

This year I'm going to be taking part in The Handmade Fair, created by TV craft queen Kirstie Allsopp. The fair is being held at Hampton Court in Surrey from 18-20 September.
From what I can tell, it's going to be a mini-Glastonbury for people who like to craft!

Personalised Products: Screen Printed Double Deckchair

Designing and making your own products by hand is a really rewarding way to work, it's great to follow the design process from sketchbook to workshop. Working this way also means that I'm able to customise and personalise my products to suit the tastes of my customers.

I mix my own colours for screen-printing, so when customers are re-decorating and re-designing their home, I'm able to colour-match my paint to fit their new design. In the past I've made personalised designs of lampshades, cushions,
